OPERATIONS & SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER

South Auckland Location; Good Salary + Bonus, Monday - Friday 

Responisbilities include managin stock, production, logistics, depatch and increasing efficiencies from the products and processes through to the employees.  An integral member of the Management Team, and you will be managing a team of 4 staff.  

Experience working within the timber industry preferred, PC Savvy - Word, Excel and CRM, knowledge of Health & Safety practices, proven experience working with DIFOTIS, and must be able to travel monthly (domestically)

CLIENT MANAGER / PA TO FINANCIAL ADVISER

East Auckland location; Competitive Salary + Incentive Bonus + Parking; Monday - Friday 9.00 am - 5.00 pm

Busy and varied role - from answering enquiries, completeting confidential documentation, liaising with Professional Services, and you must enjoy working in a sole charge office at times.  Working with a great guy who is vey good at what he does, you will be assisting retain clients, updating the database, setting up systems and processes and ensuring the office runs smoothly.

INTERMEDIATE / SENIOR BAS ACCOUNTANT (Full-Time)

NEWMARKET LOCATION & East Auckland, NEGOTIABLE SALARY + CAR PARK (2X opportunities)

Managing and Provide Tax Accounting for Key Clients, Reviewing Annual and Management Accounts, Staff Management, Manage and distribute work-flow, Senior Accounting Projects. 

You will have 4 years+ experience working with a New Zealand CA Firm, and you will be CA Qualified

TELEPHONE LEAD QUALIFYER ROLE (SALES)

MANUKAU LOCATION, GREAT BASE + BONUS + MEDICAL + SUPER

This role is an office based role, consisting of a large volume of phone calls to both prospective and existing clients.  You will be passionate about sales, articulate, a natural on the phone, a high achiever, hardworking, love exceeding targets, a quick thinker, a “Yes” person, have excellent communication and negotiating skills, and ready to hit the ground running!

Knowledge of a CRM system, and previous volume telephone sales experience preferred, along with that can-do attitude!

SALES ROLES (X2) – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT – BUILDING INDUSTRY

2 ROLES:  CBD FRINGE AND WEST AUCKLAND

GOOD BASE + COMPANY VEHICLE + COMMISSION + PHONE + LAPTOP

MONDAY - FRIDAY 7.30 AM - 5.00 PM + ALTERNATE SATURDAYS 8.00 AM - MIDDAY

Good opportunity to join a leading Plumbing Business who are loving the busy Building Boom and need more staff!  

You will enjoy doing a mix of New Business and Account Management.  Sales of quality products - liaising with existing and new customers and building your client database within the building and plumbing industries; attending industry functions, pricing, negotiating and closing the sale.

COUNTER SALES / WAREHOUSE - TRADE INDUSTRY

CITY FRINGE; GOOD HOURLY RATE + PARKING 

MONDAY - FRIDAY 7.30 AM - 5.00 PM + ALTERNATE SATURDAYS 8.00 AM - MIDDAY

Answering calls, assisting walk-in clients with products - generating orders and receipting payments, checking documentation in and out, picking and packing orders, forkhoist operation may be required (training can be provided), Truck Driving licence would be desirable!

You will have Warehouse or Trade Counter experience, and excellent communication - written and verbal
