INTERMEDIATE BAS ACCOUNTANT - 30 HOURS/WEEK

A Growing CA business in East Auckland is looking for a Savvy Intermediate BAS Accountant to work with small to medium clients providing compliance requirements, business advisory services, along with building and developing strong business relationships. You will be working with a small team who enjoy assisting loyal customers with their business tax and growth needs.  The company has a great culture, friendly, stable, loyal, hardworking and humble team, who are passionate about what they do. 

Duties will include anything from crunching numbers & working across all aspects of financial accounting, across all industries. Analysing and interpreting data, investigating variances, liaising with clients, QA, billing and more!

This is a hands-on transactional role, working across all industries - mainly small business, rentals, self-employed, Tradies etc

Personal Assistant - Real Estate Team

South Auckland Location, Good Salary, Car-Park, Great Team of High Achievers!

Monday - Friday 8.30 am - 5.00 pm + working late is required one night per week

Real Estate industry experience (preferred) as is previous PA/EA experience.  Working with a team of high performing salespeople you will be typing confidential documents, diary management, co-ordinating open homes, events, gifts, taking phone calls and messages, assisting with marketing documentation, ordering marketing material, uploading photo's, updating the database, social media, prospecting, printing reports, taking Minutes at meetings, and generally ensuring the team are in high form and doing what they do best! 

Fast and accurate typing skills (using Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Savvy using CampaignTrack, MyDesktop, InDesign, Instagram, WhatsApp to assist with social media

An absolute multi-tasker, able to cope with various personalities and demands

A team player, honest and reliable, and a confident people person!

Front Office Administrator - Property Industry

South Auckland Location, Good Salary, Car-parking and Great Opportunity!

Monday - Friday 8.30 am - 5.00 pm and you will need to work late one night a week

GO TO Person required, Enjoy being the face of the business, highly organised and ensuring the office is all under control and running smoothly?

DUTIES INCLUDE:  Meeting and greeting clients; Keeping the office running smoothly, neat and tidy and welcoming; Answering phone calls, enquiries, emails and directing clients in the right direction; Keeping salespeople on track with deadlines from approving artwork, marketing campaigns to open homes and meetings; Assisting with marketing duties as required - from booking marketing into the CRM, uploading photo's as required etc; Organising meetings, meeting rooms, catering and presentation requirements; Co-ordfinating events; Ensuring stationery and office supplies are fully stocked; Being the go-to person for any repairs and maintentance which needs to be sorted; Filing and data-entry; Mail and banking, Liasing with lawyers and making sure they have the correct documents on-time; Updating phone lists, office and confidential documents; First Aid Officer and responsible for emergency evacuations; Attending team meetings and being an integral voice and team member, AND MORE!

 

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS: Previous experience within the Real Estate industry or a keen interest in Real Estate, Excellent time management skills, Initiative and Pro-active Skills; Savvy MS Office,  CampaignTrack and MyDesktop (preferred), Energy, can-do attitude and personality plus!
